Organic Cranberry Cordial

For this project, you will need

• 6 Cups (24oz) organic cranberries, chopped
• 4 cups sugar, organic
• 3 cups premium vodka, I prefer organic Ocean vodka

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart jar.
Cover tightly and let stand at room temperature 2 weeks.
Stir mixture or invert the jar daily.
Strain; pour cordial into decorative food grade bottles and seal.
Makes about 5 cups cordial.
